Full Terms & Conditions
1. Competition Period
1.1. The Halloween Costume Competition will run from 19 October 2026 until 31 October 2026.
1.2. Entries submitted outside of the competition period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to customers of Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells of any age.
2.2. Entrants must have made a qualifying booking with Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells and must attend their booking during the competition period.
2.3. The qualifying booking must have been made through the approved Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells booking system.
2.4. Walk-in customers who have not made a qualifying booking are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter, the customer must:

Attend their qualifying booking between 19 October and 31 October 2026.

Dress in a Halloween costume.
-
Take a Halloween-themed photograph during their visit.
-
Post the photograph on Facebook.
-
Tag the official Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells Facebook page.
-
Include the booking reference associated with their qualifying booking.
3.2. The photograph must relate to the entrant’s qualifying visit to Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells.
3.3. The person submitting the Facebook post does not have to appear in the photograph.
3.4. The people shown in the photograph will determine who may be eligible to receive the prize if that entry is selected as a winner.
4. Booking Reference & Entry Limit
4.1. One qualifying booking reference constitutes one competition entry.
4.2. Each booking reference may only be used once.
4.3. Once a booking reference has been used to submit an entry, it cannot be used again by another person from the same booking or by the original entrant with a different photograph.
4.4. Multiple people from the same booking cannot submit separate entries using the same booking reference.
4.5. A booking reference may therefore only be associated with one photograph and one competition entry.
4.6. Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells reserves the right to verify the booking reference against its booking records.
5. Photograph Requirements
5.1. The photograph submitted must be Halloween-themed and taken during the qualifying visit to Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells.
5.2. The photograph must be an authentic photograph and must not be copied, taken from another person’s social media account or submitted without the appropriate permission.
5.3. The entrant must have permission to share the photograph publicly on Facebook.
5.4. Where other identifiable individuals appear in the photograph, the person submitting the entry should have appropriate permission for the photograph to be shared publicly.
5.5. Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells reserves the right to reject or remove entries containing inappropriate, offensive or unsuitable content.
6. First Place Prize 🥇
6.1. The first-place winner will receive:
2 Laser Quest games + 1 Mission Laser experience per eligible player.
6.2. The prize is based on the people shown in the winning photograph, subject to the qualifying booking size.
6.3. The number of people eligible to receive the prize will be the lower of:
-
the number of players included on the original qualifying booking; or
-
the number of people clearly shown in the winning photograph.
6.4. The prize is limited to a maximum of 10 players.
6.5. For example:
-
A booking for 1 player with 5 people shown in the photograph = 1 eligible player.
-
A booking for 5 players with 5 people shown in the photograph = 5 eligible players.
-
A booking for 5 players with 8 people shown in the photograph = 5 eligible players.
-
A booking for 10 players with 12 people shown in the photograph = 10 eligible players.
6.6. The prize cannot be increased by including additional people in the photograph who were not included as players on the original qualifying booking.
7. Second Place Prize 🥈
7.1. The second-place winner will receive:
1 Laser Quest game + 1 Mission Laser experience per eligible player.
7.2. The same eligibility calculation used for the first-place prize applies.
7.3. The number of eligible players will be the lower of the number of players included on the original qualifying booking or the number of people shown in the winning photograph, subject to a maximum of 10 players.
7.4. The prize cannot be increased by including additional people in the photograph who were not included as players on the original qualifying booking.
8. Third Place Prize 🥉
8.1. The third-place winner will receive:
1 FREE Mission Laser experience on their next booking with Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells.
8.2. The third-place prize is linked to the original booking holder associated with the booking reference used for the winning entry.
8.3. The prize may be used for any number of players included within the winner’s next booking, subject to the venue’s normal booking limits and availability.
8.4. The number of people shown in the original competition photograph does not determine the number of players who may use the third-place prize.
8.5. The free Mission Laser can be redeemed once and on one future booking only.
8.6. The prize cannot be divided between multiple bookings, transferred between separate bookings or used to claim multiple free Mission Laser experiences.
8.7. The prize must be redeemed by the original booking holder.
9. Winner Selection
9.1. Three winning entries will be selected by Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells.
9.2. Winners will be chosen by “Spin the Wheel”
9.3. The decision of Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells regarding the winning entries will be final.
10. Winner Notification
10.1. Winners will be contacted using the contact details associated with the qualifying booking.
10.2. Winners may be asked to provide reasonable confirmation of their identity and/or booking details before a prize is awarded.
10.3. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not provide the required information within a reasonable period, Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
10.4. Once the winner has been contacted, the winner has 24-hours respond to laser Quest Tunbridge Wells. They will be contacted by phone as well as email.
11. Prize Restrictions
11.1. Prizes are subject to availability and must be booked in advance where required.
11.2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
11.3. Prizes cannot be sold or commercially resold.
11.4. The Laser Quest games and Mission Laser experiences included within the first- and second-place prizes are subject to the venue’s standard booking, safety and participation requirements.
11.5. Any applicable age, height, safety or participation requirements for Laser Quest games or Mission Laser will continue to apply.
11. Prize Restrictions
11.1. Prizes are subject to availability and must be booked in advance where required.
11.2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
11.3. Prizes cannot be sold or commercially resold.
11.4. The Laser Quest games and Mission Laser experiences included within the first- and second-place prizes are subject to the venue’s standard booking, safety and participation requirements.
11.5. Any applicable age, height, safety or participation requirements for Laser Quest games or Mission Laser will continue to apply.
12. Invalid Entries & Disqualification
12.1. Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

Does not meet the competition requirements.

Uses an invalid or unverifiable booking reference.
-
Uses a booking reference that has already been submitted.
-
Contains a photograph that does not relate to the qualifying visit.

Uses a photograph belonging to another person without appropriate permission.
-
Attempts to submit multiple entries using the same booking reference.
-
Contains fraudulent, misleading, offensive or inappropriate content.
-
Attempts to manipulate or circumvent the competition rules.
12.2. Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells reserves the right to verify any entry against its booking records.
13. Social Media
13.1. The competition is promoted through Facebook and requires entrants to publish their entry publicly on Facebook.
13.2. By entering, participants acknowledge that their competition photograph will be publicly visible on Facebook.
13.3. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
14. Changes to the Competition
14.1. Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where circumstances outside of its reasonable control make this necessary.
14.2. Any significant changes will be communicated through the relevant Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells social media channels where reasonably possible.
15. Acceptance of Terms
15.1. By submitting an entry, the entrant confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
15.2. Submission of an entry confirms acceptance of the competition rules and eligibility requirements outlined above.
